Welcome to Wedding Studio, operated by Sales Studio ApS (CVR: 44213958), located in Denmark. By accessing or using Wedding Studio, you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please refrain from using our platform.

1. Overview of Services

Wedding Studio provides a platform for users to collect, store, and share photos and videos from weddings. The service includes free and paid tiers, which are subject to the terms outlined below.

2. User Accounts

• Account Registration: To access our services, users must create an account and provide accurate and complete information, including their name and email address.
• Account Management: Account owners (referred to as "hosts") can edit, manage, and delete their uploaded content at any time.
• Account Inactivity: We reserve the right to delete uploaded photos and videos from accounts after:
  • 12 months for paid accounts.
  • 3 months for free accounts.
    

3. Content Ownership and Usage

• User-Generated Content: All photos, videos, and other uploaded content remain the sole property of the account owner. Wedding Studio does not access, share, or use user content for any purpose beyond providing the agreed services.
• Prohibited Content: Users may not upload any illegal, harmful, or offensive content, including but not limited to child pornography or spam. Wedding Studio reserves the right to remove such content and terminate accounts at its sole discretion.

4. Service Plans and Payments

• Service Tiers:
  • Free plan: Up to 10 guests.
  • $50 plan: Up to 50 guests.
  • $100 plan: Unlimited guests.
  • Occasional discounts may be offered.
  • Wedding Studio reserves the right to change pricing in the future, however changes in pricing will only impact new customers.
• Payments: Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
• Refund Policy: If you are unhappy with our service at any point, you may request a refund by emailing jonathan@wedding.studio. Refunds may take up to 30 days to process.

6. Liabilities and Disclaimers

• Service Interruptions: Wedding Studio is not liable for any service interruptions, loss of data, or issues arising from third-party services, including AWS, SendGrid, and Clerk for user-authentication.
• User Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for the legality and appropriateness of the content they upload. Wedding Studio will terminate accounts and delete content deemed to violate these Terms.

7. Termination of Service

• Termination by Wedding Studio: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account for any reason at our discretion.
• Effect of Termination: Upon termination, all user data and uploaded content will be permanently deleted.

8. Third-Party Services

Wedding Studio uses best-in-class third-party providers, including AWS for storage, SendGrid for email notifications, and Clerk for user management. While we strive for seamless integration, we are not liable for issues caused by these services.

9. Privacy and Cookie Policies

By using Wedding Studio, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Denmark.
